Ability to copy Notes transcript

I can copy the summary easily, but often it would be useful for me to be able to copy the whole transcript, but the UI only lets you select one fragment at a time.

It would be nice to either be able to use the mouse to select the entire transcript or have separate buttons to copy transcript and copy summary.
