Azure OpenAI-compatible endpoint support

Feature Request

You have to fill 4 parameters: resource, model_id, api_version

URL template:

https://{resource}.cognitiveservices.azure.com/openai/deployments/{model_id}/chat/completions?api-version={api_version}

Example:

https://foobar-resource.cognitiveservices.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt-4.1/chat/completions?api-version=2025-01-01-preview
