Clicking Vowen App Doesn't Open Application

On windows, I have Vowen pinned to my taskbar. And when the application is already active (meaning its active and minimized Windows bottom right mini bar) clicking on the app icon doesn’t do anything. I have to go into the minibar and click on the app icon there to open it up.

Seems like a quick UI issue to fix
