Fixed minimum window width limit

I use one of my screens in portrait mode with 1080×1960 max. resolution. When Vowen app is placed on this screen app is too wide and extends outside of the screen area without possibility for app window width to be further reduced. can minimum window width limit be adjusted to support this screen resolution?
