Hey. I attempted to use the 'hands free mode' but upon registering my first word/phrase it just stops. Is there a mode/option that allows the program to stay 'on' so I can keep dictating indefinitely?
Thank so much - awesome app.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I can see the start and stop buttons and I can see that my voice is being registered. For some strange reason there is just a massive lag between me doing it and the words appearing to the point where they sometimes never appear. Even with the normal transciption command it takes a good few seconds. I tried changing the speech models but to no avail.
Thanks again.

@_marcusaurelius Can I ask which model you are using currently? And if you’re using it alongside a VPN by any chance? Yesterday there was some downtime for some of the model providers. I suggest trying out Mistral / Soniox as they are really fast.

Hey @_marcusaurelius , can you let us know which OS and what is the hotkey you have configured for “Hands free mode”?
Here’s how it currently works:
For example, if you have set “Alt + Shift” as the hotkey for “Hands free mode”, pressing that once should start the recording, you should be able to see the “start” and “stop” buttons. And pressing the corresponding hotkey again should stop it. Let us know if this is not the case.
Also sharing my hotkey configuration as well. In my case, pressing “Fn + LControl” will start it and I can speak indefinitely and pressing “Fn + LControl” again stops the recording.
