Support for bullets, quotes, and symbols

Example, when I say hyphen, it actually spells it out versus the symbol.

When I have 1, 2, 3 and speaking as if I'm in a list, would love to have it formatted as such.

Sometimes I'll say “quote unquote” and some phrase. It will just write the word quote and the word unquote.
