Hi @Jo Yes this is in our roadmap as well. Apologies, we are already working on a way to import/export dictionaries and threads to make the UX better. And this is the first ever request for a the team members feature:) We’ll add this to our roadmap and provide an update when rolled out. Thank you for your valuable feedback!
