"Thank you."
This one is not a huge deal but it’s weird and slightly funny. Occasionally the transcript will just add a “Thank you.” at the end of of whatever I just said.
Sometimes if I activate the transcription keyboard shortcut in hold-to-talk mode and then let go without saying anything, it will output just the “Thank you.”
Maybe you guys just wanted it to be super polite? If that’s the case you could add a locale setting and if the user selects Canada then output a random “Sorry!” from time to time

Btw it’s been months and this still happens all the time. I see another related issue reported from a few days ago, the “random words”. After using it quite a bit I understood what was going on; The model is simply trying to interpret any sound as words.
Honestly, I just got used to it, and it doesn't happen enough to be a problem for me. Sometimes it'll just be random words at the end of my transcription, and I just delete them and go on. I even leave random thank yous inside my prompts to Claude Code, maybe it thinks I’m very polite.
I’ll try that silence detection setting.
