Unwanted JSON Output in Command Mode

When using Command Mode, I very frequently receive a raw JSON output instead of the expected result.

This doesn't happen every single time, but it occurs often enough to be disruptive. I'm not sure what triggers it or how I can prevent it. Could you please advise on what might be causing this and whether there's a way to avoid it?
