Vowen CLI and Skills

Background
I use Vowen Notes daily to record meetings and build up a knowledge base of what’s going on with my work. I have an AI based system that collects all this information and helps me understand what’s going on to ensure I’m focused on the most impactful things.

Problem Statement
One of the most tedious things in my current workflow is the need to open Vowen, go to the Notes, find the correct Note and copy either the summary or transcript (depending on use case). It would be great if my AI system of choice could find the desired note, and read the summary or transcript.

Feature Suggestion
Add capabilities that allows AI systems (Claude, Codex, etc) to perform actions in Vowen.

Here are a few capabilities I could imagine being useful

• List notes (with search/filter by time, content)

• Read note summary

• Read note transcript

• Start/stop recording a note

I would think that this should ultimately cover all the primary product capabilities areas of Vowen but I have anchored this in my current use case.

Implementation details

Since Vowen runs locally I would imagine that most workflows would work well with Agent Skills. A CLI and an agent skill would cover my current needs and probably provide a lot of headroom for future features without the overhead that MCP requires on every turn of an Agent.
